Restrictions

• Font files may not be shared, transferred, resold, or redistributed.
• The license does not permit embedding the font file in mobile applications, desktop software, games, or other software distributed to third parties.
• Website embedding using @font-face is not permitted unless the purchased license explicitly includes web font rights. A separate Web Font License may be required.
• The license does not include the right to register a logo containing the font as a trademark or service mark.
• Use in broadcast television, film productions, and large-scale advertising campaigns is not included.
• Use by additional team members or separate users requires an appropriate additional license.

The Extended License provides broader commercial rights for businesses and professionals who require greater flexibility across their projects.

• Use in up to 10 websites, with a maximum of 50,000 monthly visitors per website, provided the appropriate web font rights are included
• Use in up to 3 registered logos or trademarks, subject to applicable trademark law
• Use in one commercial application, game, or server project only when the applicable software embedding rights have been expressly granted in writing

Restrictions

• The font file may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as a standalone product.
• The font may not be included in software or applications for distribution unless the relevant software embedding rights have been expressly granted.
• The license does not automatically authorize redistribution of editable source files containing the font.
• Additional users, installations, websites, applications, or trademark registrations beyond the stated limits require an upgrade or additional permission.
• Broadcast television, film, and enterprise-wide use beyond the stated scope may require a Corporate License or a custom agreement.

For companies, agencies, and organizations with extensive commercial requirements.

The Corporate License is designed for organizations that require broad font usage rights across their teams, brands, websites, and commercial operations.

License Includes

• Unlimited licensed users within the licensed organization.
• Unlimited computer installations within the licensed organization.
• Unlimited commercial design projects.
• Use across multiple brands, departments, and marketing campaigns owned or operated by the licensed organization.
• Use in logos, corporate identities, advertising, packaging, merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Use in commercial client work by the licensed agency, subject to the restrictions below.
• Unlimited production of physical end products for resale.
• Website embedding across websites owned or operated by the licensed organization, without a specified website or monthly visitor limit.
• Registration of logos or trademarks incorporating the font, subject to applicable law.
• Use in broadcast, film, and large-scale commercial campaigns.
• Broad commercial usage within the licensed organization's operations.

Software and Application Use

The Corporate License may cover the embedding and distribution of SiapGraph font files within desktop applications, mobile applications, games, plugins, synthesizers, downloadable tools, and other software products, subject to prior written approval from SiapGraph.

Before distributing a software product containing a SiapGraph font, the license holder must obtain written confirmation from SiapGraph specifying the approved application or product and the permitted distribution scope.

The font may be embedded or bundled within an approved application or software product, provided that:

• The font is not sold, sublicensed, or distributed as a standalone font file.
• The font is not made available for independent use outside the approved application or product.
• Reasonable technical measures are implemented to prevent unauthorized extraction or redistribution of the font file.
• The approved use remains within the scope confirmed in writing by SiapGraph.

Additional fees or a separate agreement may apply depending on the application, distribution model, intended audience, and scope of use.

Internal company tools and development applications must comply with the applicable license terms. Written approval may be required where the font is embedded in software or where its use falls outside the expressly granted rights.

Restrictions

• The font may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed as a standalone font product.
• The license may not be transferred to an unrelated organization without written authorization from SiapGraph.
• The license does not transfer ownership of the font software, source files, or intellectual property.
• The license does not automatically authorize the transfer of font files to clients, affiliates, subsidiaries, or other third parties for independent use.
• Any use outside the expressly granted rights requires written approval from SiapGraph.

Custom Licensing

If your project requires rights beyond those described in this license, including unrestricted software distribution, white-label applications, or redistribution of the font as a separate component, please contact SiapGraph to discuss a custom licensing arrangement.

General License Terms

The following terms apply to all SiapGraph font licenses unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1. License Ownership

Purchasing a SiapGraph font grants a license to use the font under the terms of the selected license. It does not transfer ownership of the font software, source files, or intellectual property.

2. Font File Distribution

You may not sell, share, sublicense, upload, or redistribute the original font files as standalone products.

Clients and customers may receive finished designs and permitted production files. However, they may not extract, install, or reuse the font independently unless they have their own valid license or SiapGraph has provided written permission.

3. Logo and Trademark Use

Standard License users may create logos and branding designs but may not register logos incorporating the font as trademarks under that license.

Extended License users may register up to three logos or trademarks incorporating the font. Corporate License users may register logos or trademarks within the scope of their corporate usage rights.

Trademark registration remains subject to applicable law. A trademark license does not transfer ownership of the font itself.

4. Website Embedding

Standard, Extended, and Corporate Licenses include website embedding rights within their respective limits.

The font may be embedded using web font technologies such as @font-face on eligible websites. Website embedding must not be used to offer the original font files for download or redistribution.

Website embedding rights do not extend to mobile applications, desktop software, games, plugins, or other software products.

5. Client Work and Design Agencies

Licensed designers and agencies may use SiapGraph fonts to create designs for clients within the scope of their purchased license.

The client may receive the finished design and permitted production files, but the original font files may not be transferred to the client for independent use.

If a client needs to install the font, use it independently, or continue creating new designs with it, the client must obtain an appropriate license unless SiapGraph has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Software Embedding and Distribution

Embedding a font in desktop applications, mobile applications, games, plugins, synthesizers, downloadable tools, or other software distributed to end users requires explicit written authorization from SiapGraph.

Any additional agreement may specify:

• The number and type of applications covered
• Distribution and end-user limits
• Whether the font may be embedded or bundled with the software
• Technical protection and font extraction restrictions
• Permitted commercial distribution and monetization
• Applicable fees and renewal terms, if any

An internal-only development tool must comply with the purchased license or be covered by separate written permission from SiapGraph.

7. License Limits and Upgrades

You are responsible for selecting a license that covers your intended use.

If your project exceeds the permitted number of users, installations, commercial projects, websites, website traffic, production quantities, or other applicable limits, you must obtain an upgrade or additional permission before exceeding those limits.

Please contact SiapGraph to discuss available upgrades or custom licensing options.

8. Refunds and License Upgrades

License upgrades may be available at SiapGraph's discretion. The cost of an upgrade and the additional rights granted will be confirmed before payment.

Refunds are subject to the applicable store policies and consumer protection laws.

9. Existing Purchases

Purchases are governed by the license terms presented at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. Updated license terms do not automatically change the rights granted under an earlier purchase.

10. Custom Licensing

If your project requires rights beyond the licenses described above, including software embedding, server-side deployment, application distribution, or other specialized uses, contact SiapGraph to discuss a custom agreement.
